What if my pet has allergies or specific dietary needs?

Can I order for a friend or family member?
Absolutely! You can easily send a gift to a friend or family member. Just make sure you enter their delivery address during checkout and mention in the order notes who the gift is for, so we can personalize for them
How do I cancel or change my order?
For order cancellations or changes, email us at hello@petsoo.ae using your registered email address or whatsapp us on +971 58 515 7387. Clearly state your order reference number and we'll guide you through the process.
Can you still deliver my box if I’m not at home?
Yes, we can leave your delivery box outside your front door if you want. Just make sure you add this request to the 'Order Special Instructions' section during checkout.
